Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By using BigG's Laundromat services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Quality

BigG's LAUNDROMAT will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drying and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.

Care Label Responsibility

BigG's LAUNDROMAT due to time constraints does not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels, and will not be responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" IF NO PRIOR INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED BY CLIENT.

Special Care Items

BigG's LAUNDROMAT accepts no liability for "special care" and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.

Color Bleeding

BigG's LAUNDROMAT accepts no liability for items whose loose color IF NO PRIOR INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED BY CLIENT, specially when color of one part of the garment gets on the other part.

Storage Policy

BigG's LAUNDROMAT is not responsible for any article which is left beyond 30 days. After this period, if any discount was given on this order at the time of pickup shall be removed and a storage fee shall be charged @12% per month on the total invoice amount. Articles not claimed within three months shall be handled appropriately by BigG's LAUNDROMAT and sold to recover the billed charges.

Right to Refuse Service

BigG's LAUNDROMAT reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

Stain Removal

Removal of stains is a part of the process but complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at the customer's risk.

Personal Items

BigG's LAUNDROMAT is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the article such as money, jewellery, or anything else.

Compensation Policy

In case of any loss or damage, BigG's LAUNDROMAT can reimburse up to a maximum of three (3) times its processing (laundry/dry-clean) cost — decision remains with BigG's LAUNDROMAT — only if the Customer is able to produce the bills. Compensation shall be provided in the form of services and no cash will be given to the customer.

Delivery Claims

Customers are requested to count the articles at the time of delivery and inform the delivery man in case of missing articles. BigG's LAUNDROMAT will not be responsible for any such claims after delivery has been accepted by the CLIENT AFTER 24 HRS — urgently check your laundry within this time range.

Damage Claims

Customers shall examine articles for damage at the time of delivery and notify us at that time. BigG's LAUNDROMAT shall not be responsible for any claims made afterwards.

Processing Delays

Some processes/items may require an additional period to process. No deduction on the billed amount or claim can be initiated in respect of delays.

Mutual Respect

BigG's LAUNDROMAT emphasises mutual RESPECT between our employees and clients. Any complaint or issue should be reported to a supervisor via our phone number or WhatsApp. Disrespect is not tolerated.

Laundry Basket Policy

LAUNDRY BASKET MANIPULATION MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
